Damaged baggage
If your baggage is damaged when you arrive, please report it as soon as possible so we can help you. You can report damaged baggage at the airport service desk or online (if the desk is closed).
When you report damage at the baggage service desk, you'll receive a written report and PIR number. Keep this report as proof of the damage.
If the service desk is closed, take photos of your damaged bag and bag tags with the baggage service desk in the background. Then file a damaged bag claim online.
